Aside from the view, the actual restaurant atmosphere/decor is dreary & depressing. Food is not great & overpriced. It's in desperate need of a major refresh! Not unlike the filthy, outdated hotel it sits on top of.

We did have a great brunch at the Ciel restaurant. All staff were friendly & helpful especially Ariane who was always smiling & assist us about specific in the menu. A definitely essential stop restaurant where visiting Quebec City with a amazing view of the whole surrounding !

Impeccable view of the city & wonderful experience with delicious food. Friendly & kind staff. Had a really enjoyable time with the family taking in the beautiful view from daylight to night time. The 5pm to 7pm time slot is great because you get to see the breathtaking view in broad daylight, & then see the gorgeous night lights by the evening. & the rotation is at a great speed to get the whole 360' experience in one meal/sitting. Highly recommend for an unforgettable experience!!

What at wonderful place to final our trip to Quebec City. Not only was the food super delicious, the service was attentive & friendly... & the view was amazing! A stunning overview over the city by sunset & then a great sight with all the beautiful city lights. A great evening! Patricia & the rest of the gang
