Delicious food, incredible service & breath-taking view. We were so happy to get a view by the window. First time to Quebec city & Ciel is definitely a must every time we visit the city. 10/10

We had a wonderful dinner. View was great. Our waitress was very good at explaining the menu in English. The chocolate eclair was not what we expected but the wild mushroom appetizer & cream of onion soup were very good. My husband actually ate the brussel sprouts in the mix of veggies. Pork tenderloin wa done nicely. Lovely evening.

The restaurant itself, the staff & excellent service, the food & the view were all wonderful! All of us happy flank stay special, we just absolutely amazing. We sit outside at our server. What is it which is new perfect in his timing & super nice. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Fantastic view! We went for breakfast on a sunny day & could see all of the surroundings! Service was good & food was excellent! We appreciated the shades on the windows that could be pulled down to shield us from the sun. Highly recommend!
