Our first time in Quebec City & we loved the fact that this restaurant had a 360 view of the entire area. It was easy making a reservation & we were lucky & were sat at a window table, able to admire the lovely sunset. Michael, our waiter, was very warm & attentive, speaking in both French & English. Food was delicious & they even surprised us with a cake & sparkler to celebrate our honeymoon, making it a very memorable experience!
