We of course made reservations here for the beautiful, breathtaking views of Quebec City, which we absolutely got. We also received amazing service, delicious cuisine, & basically a perfect all around night. Cannot recommend Ciel more!

We brought a party of 6 to Ciel! on a Monday evening. Reservations were made two days ahead of time with several evening time slots available. The service was excellent, the ambiance superb (as well as the view). The food ranged from very good to excellent with very appealing presentations. We were very happy!

Fantastic 360 degree view of Quebec city, Chateau Frontenac & St.Lawrence river with exceptional service, courteous, smiling & polished, little extras make the whole difference. The menu features local specialties beautifully plated creative spins on variety of dishes. Excellent food! Very nice selection alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages.

Excellent Service & unique view of Quebec City. Definitely worth the visit. The food was "good", not great, but the pricing is fairly reasonable. Also the three course kids menu is excellent. Probably the best I've seen for non-standard food options anywhere. We were celebrating a nine year old's birthday, & the overall experience was special. Would visit again.
