Everything was amazing & above & beyond! The view is magical. The food was fresh & perfectly cooked the way I like. The staff were amazing very friendly & always available for requests & nice chats. Thank you for this amazing experience! It was my best romantic couple night out with my man !

Very pleased with our soirée at Ciel. Everyone goes for the view which is stunning. La cuisine was of a higher level, I'd say Upscale or Fine Casual. Delicious. Great Cocktails & Wine also! Our Server, Stefan… was outstanding. Multilingual, professional, anticipatory… a pleasure!

Better than expected!! I thought it would be a sub-par-tourist-trap dinner, but the food was actually really good! I loved the 360° view & would recommend a 5pm reservation if visiting in the winter so you can get a glimpse of the sunset at the very beginning of your meal! The service was a big highlight for me! I loved my waitress, she was exceptional. As a vegetarian, there weren't many options, just one appetizer & one entree. I would 100% recommend the raw cheesecake for dessert! So creamy & delicious! Will definitely come back again next time I'm in Quebec City!

View is unparalleled but service was lacking, waiting for 20 plus minutes for a drip coffee at brunch is an oddity. Wife was missing a knife & took a few minutes to get anyone's attention. Must have been an off day or time as service just wasn't up to snuff. Food however, was good & well executed.

Perfect evening! The food is simply delicious, the best creme brulee I've ever had!!! The waitress was very warm & kind. You can actually hear yourself when you speak. The changing views over the night city lights adds to the already amazing experience. Well worth the price!!!!!!!!
