Les mets étaient plus our moins bons....La soupe d'une couleur mauve était particulière & le poulet & les pommes de terre étaient très secs...Les serveurs étaient plus ou moins propres.....Ils s'occupaient de nous mais les résultats n'étaient pas à la hauteur de ce que nous avions avant la pandémie..Michel, celui qui eat en chrge du Bar a été plus que gentil .. il est venue nous voir , Son vin était délicieux... Je suis allée le remercier avant de partir..Mais ma compagne n.était pas contente de son souper... ce n'est plus Le Ciel que nous avons connu... Merci quand même..

Notre première expérience au Ciel! a été merveilleuse ! Notre serveur a su nous mettre à l'aise & nous a fait de très bonnes recommandations pour la nourriture & le vin. Les mesures sanitaires ont été respectées de tous & nous ont fait sentir en sécurité.

Service impeccable, vue spectaculaire de la ville de Québec, beau choix de vins & de cocktails, offre de poissons variée. Mon seul bémol concerne les choix de viande présentés : tête, langue, macreuse, échine, ce ne sont pas mes préférés. Un filet mignon ou un bon steak contrefilet seraient appréciés.

Le vin servi au verre coûtait trop cher (20$ chaque verre). Le plat de légume végétarien en entrée était trop sucrée. La crème fouettée tombait sur le coeur. On préfère une vraie purée authentique qu'une crème fouettée en entrée. Le plat de pâte végétarien était trop grossier. Sérieux manque de finesse. Tortellinis trop gros & trop pâteux. On veut un tortellini plus fin, avec une farce plus goûteuse. L'accompagnement des pâtes aurait pu être meilleur : ajouter des tranches d'ail, des tranches de poireaux, un crumble, des herbes style basilic, du zest pour plus de fraîcheur.
