Vincent is an exceptional waiter who goes the extra mile to ensure his customers are satisfied. The view is unparalleled, offering the best in Quebec City. While the menu was somewhat limited, the quality of the food was excellent.

7 décembre 2024, réservation pour 4 personnes. Arrivés a17h30. On commande des apéros. On reçoit les potages après 5 minutes! Malgré notre surprise, la serveuse les dépose sur la table Les apéros arrivent 15 minutes plus tard! Le dry martini goûte le pastis On le retourne! 30 minutes plus tard, on reçoit les entrées. Puis... attente... A tour de rôle, les serveurs nous verse du vin. Il est maintenant 19 hr10 & nous n'avons pas reçu nos plats principaux! On annule la commande parce que nous allons voir un spectacle! Notre bilan. Aucune coordination entre les différentes stations; cuisine, bar & équipe de serveurs. Décevant! Très décevant!!! Dommage car c'est un super endroit!

Notre serveur, son nom est Vincent jcrois. Il etait excellent. Belle acceuil & excellent services tout au long de notre visite on a ressentit qu'on etait des clients & que le serveur s'occupait de notre comfort & repondre a nos attentes. On a pris le saumon, steak, & enfants la brioche "french toast". La vue & l'ambiancec'est excellent.

Les plats étaient bons & appétissants. Ambiance, service & accueil corrects au resto, mais le portier en bas de l'hôtel Concorde insistait pour voir une preuve de notre réservation au restaurant, alors que je n'y avais pas facilement accès en raison de mon cellulaire déchargé. Après plusieurs tentatives infructueuses, on nous laisse finalement monter. J'en conclue qu'on ne peut sûrement pas décider de manger à ce resto en passant par là sur un coup de tête. La vue était magnifique & la rotation du restaurant pour voir Québec de façon panoramique vaut bien le détour. Seule déception: les cocktails. Bien que ceux des autres étaient corrects, le mien avait le goût d'une eau désagréable & goûtait la lime & la Tequila, & non le jus d'ananas, le melon (Midori) & l'alcool de banane. Bonbon désséché en forme de banane au lieu d'un vrai morceau de fruit. Bref, peut-être pas le lieu idéal pour dépenser sur les coktails. Si voulez vraiment boire, essayez peut-être plutôt le vin...
