Un régal pour le palais & les yeux! Service impeccable & courtois! & que de plaisir de déguster ces bons plats en appréciant la vue panoramique que nous offre ce restaurant qui tourne tout doucement pour nous permettre d'avoir une vue à 360 degrés de la belle ville de Québec! L'ambiance était parfaite, le serveur de notre table était très aimable & souriant, tous ce que nous avons manger était délicieux, nous sommes vraiment heureux d'avoir choisie Ciel! Bistro-bar pour faire une sortie chic en amoureux, une vue qui vos vraiment le coup, surtout, parce qu'elle change durant tout le repas !! Merci beaucoup pour ce beau moment, cela m'a permis d'avoir une soirée à la hauteur d'une demande en mariage plus que positive !!

P.s. pour ceux qui aimerait faire une sortie familial, le serveur à la table à côté de la nôtre était très amusant avec les enfants & nous avons trouver que l'endroit était aussi très adapté pour eux !! Je n'hésiterais pas une seconde à me faire accompagner d'enfants maintenant que j'ai vue cela.

Une référence à Québec. La vue est magnifique mais vous ne le payez qu'en partie. Attendez-vous à en avoir pour votre argent dans votre assiette mais aussi dans vos verres : les cocktails signature sont très bons.
Attention aux appellations (exemple du moment l'aligot = deux éléments de base : pomme de terre & tome fraîche) à décliner au besoin (aligot du Québec par exemple) pour ne pas tromper les attentes du client.
