Wow!!! Très bon brunch, EXCELLENT SERVICE & que dire de la vue à 360 degré sur la ville de Québec !! On va y retourner, peut être, en soirée pour admirer le couché de soleil.

Belle vue, bonne bouffe. Léger manque d'expérience début du service, mais tout allait pour le mieux par la suite. Il faut dire que le resto venait de rouvrir. j'y retournerais!

Tout était parfait de l'apéro au dessert. Accueil chaleureux ,repas de qualité ,service hors-pairs, ambiance décontractée,vue imprenable sur la ville. Merci à toute l'équipe du Ciel Bistro-Bar pour cette soirée agréable.On se reverra bientôt!
