Excellent service de Samuel! Souriant & accueillant. Excellent choix de menu pour un brunch formule « table d'hôte ». Différent & original comme repas. Mes jeunes ont aimé l'expérience de la vue « tournante ».

Même après que la cuisine fût tout juste fermée; nous avons été accueillis avec gentillesse & bienveillance.
Le service était digne de sa réputation, d'un professionnalisme rare de nos jours.
& que dire des plats... La joue de boeuf fondait littéralement en bouche, les ris de veaux étaient moelleux à souhait & la tartelette citron-arachide une découverte balancée avec art.

Très bon restau, la nourriture était bonne, & la vue magnifique sur quebec, très bon service aussi, notre serveur Samuel était très à l'écoute, nous a bien expliqué le menu, & nous a même aidé à faire les bons choix (pour les indécis lol). En général très bel expérience, j'y retournerais sur & certain.

Une référence à Québec, tout simplement.
Lorsque nous accueillons des amis venus de l'étranger pour visiter Quebec, c'est LE restaurant incontournable pour bien passer une belle soirée d'une point de vue gustatif comme pour admirer la ville sur 360 degrés. Le service est toujours impeccable, chic sans être top much, c'est classe mais on se sent pas mal à l'aise de ne pas avoir mis de cravate ! Le rapport qualité/prix/expérience est unique à Québec du fait même de sa situation & de la vue offerte pendant toute la durée du repas.
