Tout était bien, on y était pour l'anniversaire de mon neveu. Service très agréable avec notre serveur ! Nourriture appréciée par toute la table.

Vue le grand délais sur notre commande nous avons reçu un ticket de stationnement. Nous pensions avoir fini avant 10h00. Cela rend notre expérience générale frustrante.

La serveuse Anaïs était gentille. Par contre, la qualité de la nourriture laissait vraiment à désiré. Le rôti de côte de boeuf de mon conjoint était très épais avec une belle cuisson médium/saignant mais avec plein de gras & de cartilages. C'était très dure de mâché. Le mien n'avait pas de gras ni ne cartilage, par contre il était très mince & la cuisson était bien cuit. Donc, très sec & dure comme semelle de botte. Nous l'avons dit à la serveuse pour le boeuf mais la seule réponse que nous avons eu est que des fois ça arrive. Donc, à la quantité de beaux & grands restaurants qu'il y a à Québec, la prochaine fois « Le Ciel » ne fera pas parti de mes choix.

C'est la 4e fois que nous allons déjeuner au Ciel & c'est la 1ere fois que le service était aussi long! Est ce la cuisine ou la serveuse?
Par contre, je dois dire que la serveuse avait un très beau sourire & expliquait bien les plats! La nourriture était excellente comme d'habitude!
