Je dirais que ce qui est à travailler est peut être la musique pour l'ambiance, quasi inexistante. C'était un peu froid pour cette raison. Le plat de smokemeat était très salé. Mais globalement le reste des plats étaient bien équilibrés & goûteux.
Le serveur était convivial & respectait le rythme des services. On ne se sentait pas "rushé". C'est apprécié.

Il y avait bien longtemps que nous n'avions pas eu un service aussi extraordinaire. Très attentionnée, professionnelle & gentille ! L'ambiance était parfaite avec le décor enneigé ! Première expérience & non la dernière !!

Le potage était vraiment délicieux tous l'on adoré.
La joue de porc manquais un peu de moelleux & le poisson manquais un peu d'harmonie au niveau des saveurs à mon goût.
