View was great. Online booking & reception were great. Waiter service was friendly but very slow to get menus & water. Very little attention during time at restaurant. Had the roasted prime rib which had fabulous potato, gravy & vegetables but the meat was unlike any cut of prime rib I've ever seen & was over cooked & dry. Disappointing when you spend $48 on a meal.

Une soirée mémorable. Depuis trois ans, un fois l'an, on va souper au Ciel. Chaque fois on revient à la maison heureux.

L'éclairage du soir était à notre avis trop fort & atténuait l'atmosphère que l'on aurait souhaité plus feutré d'une table à une autre.
Penser à tamiser les lumières encastrées au plafond (qui se reflètent sur des nappes blanches) serait un choix judicieux & permettrait un effet d'intimité plus propice & une connexion parfaite avec cette magnifique vue nocturne sur la ville.

Accueil & Service très à point de notre serveuse mais malheureusement les suiteurs moins efficaces oubliant ustensiles & petits détails au passage

Quel lieu incroyable !! Service juste parfait, & la qualité des plats exceptionnels !!! ALLEZ-Y, vous allez déguster la vue, qui fait un 360 degrés lentement.

Ma soeur & moi avons souper deux soirs & M Michel était notre serveur. Quel super service de la part de ce monsieur . Tout était parfait, nourriture, coketails,etc....

On a trouvé que 20.75 $ pour un verre de vin ordinaire, c'est pas mal fort... deux verres pour plus de 42.00$ plus taxes & service, woah! & on a dû retourner la longe de porc qui était dure, "chiqueuse", même difficile à couper! Mais l'autre plat était bon, & le service, impeccable.
