Merci pour cette soirée. Accueil au top. La serveuse qui s'est occupée de nous était vraiment exceptionnelle & très sympathique. Mais de toute façon chaque fois que l'on est à Québec on vient systématiquement au moins une fois manger chez vous

Comme toujours la vue est extraordinaire & le service hors-pair. Par contre côté cuisine, on repassera. Le fameux steak AAA est plutôt difficile à découper avec un bon couteau alors que la cuisson est simplement ridicule. La pauvre cuisine n’a pas de gaz & incapable de faire cuire un steak comme il mérite d’être cuit. Nous nous sommes fait servir des steaks cuit à plat sur une plaque sans assaisonnement autre que la motte de beurre dessus…

Par ailleurs, la poitrine de poulet était en réalité une cuisse…. & le fromage du presbytère absent. Avec du maïs en grain.. ?!

Encore un de ces restos avec de beaux menus bien rédigés mais pas capable de livrer la marchandise en cuisine. Quand tu payes 350$ un souper & que tu as l’impression que tu aurais pu faire mieux toi même. C’est décevant.
