Tout était super de cocktails au service, sauf que le cerf dubplat principal n'était pas assez tendre, plusieurs nerfs assez désagréables en bouche, comme pour un steak ordinaire, mais la serveuse était très à l'écoute & a amené une assiette de remplacement, qui était meilleure, toutefois même là, je m'attendais quand même à de la viande plus tendre.

J'ai amené ma copine souper à votre restaurant Le Ciel. C'était dans le cadre d'une demande de fiançailles. La soirée fut très réussie à votre restaurant. Nous avons très apprécié les petites attentions de votre personnel. Nous avons reçu plusieurs félicitations de la part des serveurs & des serveuses. Nous avons eu deux coupes de champagne & un gâteau en extra. Nous vous remercions mille fois!! Nous reviendrons assurément vous voir. Nous avons adoré l'expérience.

We took our tween daughters here for our last night in Quebec City. It was PERFECT. With the *wow* factor of the rotating view, the delicious children's prefix menu (also a great value-thank you!), & our incredibly kind & attentive waitress, we all agreed that it was easily our favorite restaurant of the entire vacation. It is such a gem of a place, & we're so grateful to have had our evening there- such a happy memory!
