Ciel! was a wonderful experience. We were able to book a reservation for five, at 17:00 & it was the perfect timing. The rotation of the restaurant goes 360° in 90 minutes & we were able to watch the sun set as we ate our dessert. Drinks & dessert were delicious however the food was mediocre. There were no spices, & the meat was dry.

Le fait que le restaurant tourne est leur meilleur attrait. Il a fallut attendre 10 minutes avant qu'on vienne nous porter un menu & prendre notre commande d'apéritif. Il aura fallut attendre 40 minutes avant de pouvoir commander nos repas & pour y arriver interpeller un autre serveur. Nos assiettes sont arrivées 30 minutes plus tard. Donc 70 minutes avant que notre souper nous soit servi. Le restaurant n'était pas à pleine capacité ( notre section du moins) donc le service quoique courtois était plutôt relâché.
