Excellente cuisine pourtant sans prétention. Nous voulions souligner nos 5 ans de mariage devant un vrai bon repas & c'était parfait. En ce qui concerne le service, nous en étions tout impressionnés. Le personnel est attentif on a l'impression qu'ils lisent dans les pensées. Bref, je recommande.

Franchement on c'était fait une joie de revenir après 7 ans mais on a vraiment été très déçu.
Pour commencer on a été servis à peine 10 minutes après la commande & on avait pris des filets de poulets étant un ancien cuisinier je suis assez bien placé pour savoir qu'il faut plus de temps que çà pour les cuire, ensuite les plats sont arrivés sur la table tièdes & avec la climatisation les assiettes étaient froides après 2 minutes, il y a aussi un manque de choix sur la carte pour un restaurant comme celui là j'ai vraiment trouvé çà moyen que ce soit pour les entrées, plats ou desserts.
Les prix ont aussi beaucoup augmentés, une addition à plus de 200 $ pour 3 personnes pour un cocktail sans alcool, un plat & un dessert alors qu'il y a 7 ans ont en avait pour moins cher à 4.
Le seul point positif est qu'on est pu voir Québec de nuit.
Personnellement je ne reviendrais pas, il y a de biens meilleurs restaurants à Québec qui proposent de plats de très bonnes qualités pour moins chers

Para mi fue la comida mas rica que he probado, poder ver la ciudad mientras comes y bebes, la carta es pequena pero no necesitas mas, pollo, cerdo, salmón, pulpo, camarones, bebidas con alcohol y sin alcohol, y el mesero fue muy agradable

Fantastic view & food here! A must try restaurant at Quebec City. I brought my parents here, & they both were very satisfied with the view & food. you can see the entire Quebec City, the st Lawrence river, & fairmont chateau.

Ciel was recommended to us by a number of people for our anniversary dinner. I am happy to say it didn't disappoint. Our server Julie was amazing. She was attentive, professional & very accommodating & friendly. The food was delicious. The panoramic views were fantastic. The value for this fine dining experience with gorgeous views of the city is excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone visiting Quebec City & particularly for a special occasion.
