Great view & wonderful service & atmosphere! Our server, Julie, was excellent! The food is just average, but good. For the price we were expecting a better culinary experience, but we had a really nice evening & would recommend this restaurant!

Restaurant touristique avec un cachet spécial & une attention très professionnel de la part des employés.
Malheureusement la cuisine manquait de goût, pas assez diversifiée & le prix est trop élevé pour les quantités offert. Merci à notre serveuse qui nous a traité aux petits soins.

Nous étions très excités ma famille & moi d'essayer ce restaurant qui sort de l'ordinaire de par sa vue du 26e étage & son plancher qui tourne; ce qui nous fait profiter de la vue en 360 degrés du centre ville, des plaines & du fleuve.

Mais nous avons été encore plus époustouflés par la qualité des aliments & des saveurs. & que dire du service impeccable, malgré le fait que nous étions accompagnés de 6 enfants.

Je retournerai au restaurant Le Ciel à chaque escapade à Québec.
