Bonjour
Le site internet pour faire une reservation est très efficace.
Repas & vin très appréciés. Nous sommes allés trop tard pour pouvoir prendre des photos de la ville de nuit. Trop de reflets de l intérieur du restaurant.
Le personnel très aimable,professionne & donné d excellentes informations.

Parfait du début à la fin! On est arrivé 15 minutes avant l'heure de réservation & il y avait déjà une table de prête donc le restaurant ne prend pas d'over booking malgré que c'est le festival d'été car en plus il n'y avait aucune file d'attente. Le service était très bon (je n'ai jamais eu ma coupe de vin vide) & le repas vraiment excellent. Le service s'est fait à une vitesse parfaite nous permettant de savourer le moment & d'apprécier la vue sur 360 degrés. On a passé un magnifique moment en famille. On aurait apprécié qu'il y aille des tables d'hôtes car pour la famille, le coût est élevé mais nous le savions avant d'y aller.

Il faut aller au Ciel!Bistro-Bar pour l'expérience du restaurant tournant, & jamais pour la nourriture!

Mes enfants ont pris l'entrée de soupe aux tomates (imposée, pas de choix), c'était clairement une soupe Campbell en canne, vraiment mauvaise & sucrée. Ensuite, ils ont choisi les pâtes sauce bolognaise. C'était certainement du Chef Boyardee, de la viande "squineuse" & des pâtes trop cuites. Le dessert était un pudding au chocolat (Laura Secord?) avec quelques grains de quinoa soufflé pour faire joli. On n'a jamais vu la couleur du jus qui devait être inclus, on ne nous en a jamais parlé. Donc c'était mauvais de A à Z, mais les enfants ont aimé. J'aurais mangé ça chez Tim Hortons sans me plaindre. Heureusement, ce n'était que 13$.

Les adultes ont pris en entrée 1- tartare de cerf (correct, sans plus) & 2- foie gras (bon, bonne quantité, mais manque de pain/biscotte pour le tartiner). Les adultes ont pris la bavette de boeuf. La viande était bonne, mais trop cuite (le serveur nous avait assurés que la cuisson serait médium-saignant). Les accompagnements étaient ridicules: une demi asperge (littéralement, je n'exagère pas), 3-4 tranches de patate grelot minces comme du papier (mais pas comme des chips, bouillies dans le jus) & plusieurs gros morceaux de champignon. Un peu de jus de cuisson dans l'assiette, mais pas de sauce. Pas impressionnant pour 40$. Une bonne crème brûlée en dessert, mais je ne m'y connais pas, difficile de comparer.

Les drinks étaient DÉLICIEUX. "Sangria du Ciel!" & "Québec Mule".

Le service était agréable & sans prétention. La vue était magnifique.
