Our dinner at Ciel! was wonderful! It was my kids' first "fine dining" experience so I was a little nervous, but the staff was incredibly friendly, the food & cocktails were amazing, & the view was second-to-none. Don't miss the chance for a 360-degree view of Quebec City!

If you're looking to have an amazing view of Quebec City go to Ciel! If you expect to have a good meal, forget about it. The food is terrible. Stick to just a drink if you can. They do not know how to prepare food obviously. They should get a real chef in the kitchen. What a pity.

The view is amazing here. We love coming back to Ciel!. The service was great however we were a little disappointed by the food. This is our first time back at Ciel! since the pandemic & we all thought that the food was better the last time. Still, it was a nice morning/afternoon out.

Bon service, la nourriture était bonne. Par contre lorsqu'il m'est venu le temps de payer. Ma carte cadeau n'a pas fonctionné. La gérante est supposée de me revenir avec ça.
