Le menu de Ciel devrait être affiché ou disponible ou consultation avant d'arriver à l'entrée du restaurant au 27 où 28e étage . Nous avons été étonnés par le menu, plutôt éclectique & mystérieux: foies de lapin, tartare de cerf en entrée, énorme pièce de boeuf en plat & autres choix qui m'ont laissé si perplexes que je les ai oubliés. Nos avons finalement opté pour la cuisse de poulet façon coq au vin: c'était délicieux mais modeste en regard du lieu. Heureusement que nous avions la tête dans les nuages. Daniel & Carmel.

We brought a party of 6 to Ciel! on a Monday evening. Reservations were made two days ahead of time with several evening time slots available. The service was excellent, the ambiance superb (as well as the view). The food ranged from very good to excellent with very appealing presentations. We were very happy!
