We were welcomed warmly, all our requests in our reservation were granted. Everyone was very courteous & attentive to every detail. & the best is the server, Sir P-L, he was extraordinary in his approaches & services.

He's the employee of the month ha ha ha ha.

For the first in Ciel Bristo-bar, we are satisfied.

fois uma experiência incrível em todos os sentidos. Serviço, comida, ambiente... fora a vista maravilhosa do local! Eu adorei meu jantar de aniversário e, com certeza, voltarei nesse restaurante. O valor é compatível com a qualidade e nao custa caro. Definitivamente, vale muito a pena.

My husband I spent our last dinner in Quebec at Ciel! Everything was wonderful! The service was great, the food was delicious & the views of the city were spectacular! I would highly recommend spending an evening at Ciel!

This was a fantastic experience through & through- from the server, to the food, to the view. However, I'd like to talk mainly about the food.

To start, I ordered the soup dujour, which was a potato-cream. It was warming & perfectly creamy, with just a hint of spice. My boyfriend & I shared the cerviche, which was full of very refreshing flavours. For the main course, I got the lamb, while my boyfriend got the Spanish octopus. The lamb was cooked perfectly! There's was no game-y or unwanted lamb flavours, just succulent juicy meat in a delicious sauce. The octopus was bursting with flavour as well! For dessert, I got the creme brulee-- it was a cornucopia of flavours! I couldn't even figure out what I was tasting at first, but I think I figured it out; they must put coconut milk or something as their secret ingredient.

Anyway, I would highly recommend this restaurant for your next date night. A fantastic restaurant in the heart of Old Quebec City!
