Ciel Bistro-Bar: Une soirée magique ✨
Niché au sommet de l'hôtel Le Concorde, le Ciel Bistro-Bar offre une expérience inoubliable. L'atmosphère y est tout simplement parfaite: une vue imprenable sur la ville, une décoration soignée & une ambiance chaleureuse.
Le service est impeccable. Notre serveur a été exceptionnel. Ses conseils avisés sur le menu ont sublimé notre expérience culinaire & sa bonne humeur a été un atout majeur pour notre soirée.
La cuisine est à la hauteur du reste: des plats savoureux & créatifs, préparés avec des ingrédients frais & de qualité. Bien que les prix soient un peu élevés, ils sont justifiés par le standing du restaurant, l'atmosphère unique & la vue imprenable sur la ville.
C'était ma deuxième visite à ce restaurant &, comme la première fois, j'ai été impressionné. Je suis toujours content de revenir.
Je recommande vivement le Ciel Bistro-Bar pour une soirée romantique, une occasion spéciale ou simplement pour profiter d'un moment unique.

Nous avons été impressionné par les saveurs des plats avec des mixtes que je n'aurais imaginé. Le service était impeccable & la vue reste la plus belle de Québec, selon moi.

Quelle vue magnifique de Québec, mais pour la nourriture, c'était correct, sans plus & en ce qui concerne le service, il était très sympathique. Nous étions souvent obligés de demander du lait ou de la crème parce qu'il n'y en avait pas à notre disposition sur la table……

Excelente opción para desayunar rico y el plus de observar la ciudad mientras lo haces. El mesero Michel nos atendió de manera muy cordial y estuvo muy atento a nuestras necesidades. Definitivamente regresaremos en verano a visitar está hermosa ciudad y este restaurant será nuestra primera opción.

View is unparalleled but service was lacking, waiting for 20 plus minutes for a drip coffee at brunch is an oddity. Wife was missing a knife & took a few minutes to get anyone's attention. Must have been an off day or time as service just wasn't up to snuff. Food however, was good & well executed.
