Le vin servi au verre coûtait trop cher (20$ chaque verre). Le plat de légume végétarien en entrée était trop sucrée. La crème fouettée tombait sur le coeur. On préfère une vraie purée authentique qu'une crème fouettée en entrée. Le plat de pâte végétarien était trop grossier. Sérieux manque de finesse. Tortellinis trop gros & trop pâteux. On veut un tortellini plus fin, avec une farce plus goûteuse. L'accompagnement des pâtes aurait pu être meilleur : ajouter des tranches d'ail, des tranches de poireaux, un crumble, des herbes style basilic, du zest pour plus de fraîcheur. Très bel endroit. Parfait pour découvrir Québec & ses environs, une vue magnifique. Belle décoration, endroit raffiné. Les cocktails sont de très hautes qualité. Les plats sont cuisinés à partir de bons ingrédients & sont bien réalisés. Service attentionné. Définitivement à recommander, soit pour un verre soit pour un souper.
