It could be an amazing experience but the windows toward beautiful scene was dirty & you couldn't enjoy the scene as you should! Staff was kind of pushy & give a sense of rudeness. I liked my food but not my companions. I believe the food was much better than the experience & vibe despite the reviews mention otherwise. I think it was just a one time experience.

Premier atout imbattable de ce restaurant c'est le cadre, la vue à 360 sur Québec.... à couper le souffle !!! Ensuite le charme continue d'opérer grâce à une cuisine délicieuse. Le tout avec un service très sympa & pro! Bravo

Best view in town, service was perfect as always. It's a bit on the pricey side, but it so delicious & well prepared that it worth it. I highly recommand you to spoil yourself & indulge in an awesome meal there!
