This place was the top recommendation from friends after learning we were visiting Old Quebec. Online reservation was a breeze. We were greeted very warmly & they let us in 30 mins before our reservation as we arrived early. The service was a great combo of professionalism, friendliness, & humor. The view was stunning! The food was amazing & very visually appealing! The dietary restrictions were taken very seriously from the very beginning. Overall, we very much enjoyed our Ciel experience & will come back when we find ourselves back in Quebec City. Very highly recommended!

J'y étais avec mes soeurs, la nourriture & les cocktails étaient très bon . Par contre le serveur qui s'occupait de nous n'était pas trop présent il nous donne des cartes il s'en va & ne revient pas de si tôt . À la fin on a payé l'addition & on lui a donné un pourboire de 20$ il semblait très énervé, on a pas eu droit à un merci ni même à un aurevoir & bonne soirée. Juste pour ça je ne pense pas revenir dans ce restaurant.
