I am quite dissapointed in my NYE experience at Ciel! I was visiting from NYC & was expecting top service & top food as my chosen restaurant for New Years. Every meal was served cold, & appeared to have been previously cooked & heated up. A lot of the food was actually not easy to eat on the plate due to it's taste & the way it was prepared. I am happy to speak more to someone directly about this poor experience.

Il manquait une partie de notre déjeuner dans l'assiette( fèves au lards ) du brunch & le café au lait n'est plus servie dans un bol mais dans une très petite tasse ,manque de café

I noted in my reservation & confirmed with the hostess & waiter that my husband had a seafood & mushroom allergy. Not only did I identify seafood in the second dish, we actually caught mushrooms in the fourth dish. I will be calling for a refund after we recover.

We had a great experience during our NYE dinner at Ciel. Our server was super friendly & helpful. Food & drinks were very decent, with very fair pricing. The views were breathtaking.

Un cinq services, c'était beaucoup trop pour nous. Le quatrième service nous l'avons demandé pour sortir. C'est ma faute, j'ai mal estimé ce choix mais dans l'ensemble nous avons passé de bons moments. Pour le programme, j'ai scanné ma facture ce matin.
