This was my 5th time here, & it was the first time I was not pleased with the service. It took forever to be served which seemed to be punishment for not ordering an appetizer. This is what we were told when asked. We didn't want tomato soup, & there was no more sweet potato soup. It would appear that others who arrived after us were served their main course before we were. My risotto was not the best. Usually, I have a top tier experience. It's my go-to place when I have visitors from out of town. I was thoroughly disappointed.

Such a wonderful first impression! Stunning views on a clear night. Little misunderstandings with the server but all worked out well. Delicious, sumptuous food & a beautiful presentation. Ordered 3 choices from house specials that did not disappoint.

L'ambiance pour un souper de Noël était triste: pas de musique, pas de sapin & pas de décoration. Les toilettes & le tapis dans la descente d'escalier sont franchement malpropre. Le poisson (omble chevalier) bcp trop cuit. Très décevant dans l'ensemble. L'hôtel & le resto aurait intérêt à être rénové. On est loin des souper de Noël qu'on a connu au resto du Concorde dans les années passées, avant la pandémie. Je n'y retournerai pas. Le personnel toutefois était impécable.

Bonjour,
Du moment que nous sommes arrivés jusqu'à notre départ tout était parfait! Notre table était prête à notre arrivée malgré un achalandage marqué. Le service était parfait ainsi que la qualité des plats. De belles assiettes garnies & bien présentées. Un seul mot: Perfection.
