I mean you pay 9$ for a cold brew u get a cup of water. I even asked the barista to remote some water she removed like 2 ml of water.

Les baristas sont toujours accueillants & positifs, l'ambiance est studieuse & légère, je recommande fortement pour venir étudier :))

My family & I were looking for a small breakfast while touring Quebec City. My son has a cashew & pistachio allergy. The baristas here were probably the most empathetic we encountered in all of Quebec City. They immediately pulled out their binder & were able to quickly identify what my son would be safe eating (which was a pretty decent selection of the pastries offered). This is a large contrast to my experience about a block away, where I was told a biscotti would be safe & that's it.
In addition to the understanding we were given for food allergies, the baristas are cheery, & paid attention to quite a bit of detail, such as asking'should we save some space for milk in your coffee?'. To top it off, one of the baristas was softly singing & humming along to the radio, which topped off the atmosphere with a virtual cherry. Merci Les Brulerie St-Jean!

Nous sommes allés chercher des cafés & un chocolat chaud un dimanche matin & le service était rapide & la barista très gentille. Les cafés étaient bons & d'un beau format (le grand). Le chocolat chaud est peu sucré, ce qui le distingue des chocolats chauds habituels.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié ma visite aux Brûleries St-Jean. Les baristas étaient très gentilles (mention spéciale au latte art). Le deuxième étage est grand, beaucoup d'espace pour s'asseoir.

Got to visit this cute cafe for breakfast while I was in Quebec City & I throughly loved it! They carry quite a selection of coffee & the quality is great. Totally enjoyed the vibe of the place. What a calm, warm place to work from. Extremely welcoming baristas & delicious food!
