L'osso Bucco avait une texture caoutchouté comme une viande qui n'avait pas été assez mûrie ou pas assez cuite, les fibres musculaires étaient difficiles à séparer & à mâcher. Le reste était bien.

Les Cailles: un excellent repas gastronomique à petit prix 💵💕
On adore le restaurant de l'école hôtelière Fierbourg! Ce sont des étudiants qui cuisinent & servent (sous la supervision de leurs professeurs) & c'est toujours délicieux!!!
