Eine der besten Brunch Optionen in Québec Ville. Top Service und die Gerichte bis ins Detail durchdacht, da hat jemand richtig Ahnung von seinem Fach. Nicht billig, aber ist den Preis wert!

Found this 4.9 hidden gem brunch spot near my hotel! Soooo good! The asparagus cheese tart with salmon, both presentation & taste was perfect😍Love the latte boreal too! The gentleman at reception was very nice to English speaking people like me! Merci beaucoup!

à 4 personnes nous avons testé plusieurs plats tout était délicieux, un bel équilibre ni trop salé ni trop sucré, un brunch vraiment savoureux. L'ambiance café de quartier avec cuisine ouverte, très sympa.

Magnifique expérience ce matin chez Maude épicerie/laboratoire culinaire à Beauport. Mignon restaurant pour le brunch avec un beau choix de plats à déguster avec des breuvages inventifs & savoureux. Service courtois & attentionné. Nourriture goûteuse & locale. Une expérience à répétée & d'autres mets à découvrir! Je vous le recommande chaudement!

I don't usually write reviews, but the brunch pasta dish was truly exceptional. The egg yolk sauce was perfectly balanced with the chimichurri spice, which subtly reminded me of the depth you find in certain Asian stew spices. The egg yolk itself was cooked to an ideal texture, rich yet never heavy.

At first, I thought the portion size might be too small, but I was surprisingly full before I even finished the dish. The grilled cheese waffle & the French toast were equally impressive, with complex, well-developed flavors that showcased the quality of the ingredients.

I did not expect this level of culinary execution in a small city. The food here surpasses that of many high-end restaurants I've visited. The chef is clearly both talented & deeply passionate about her craft-you can genuinely feel the care & effort she puts into every dish to create a memorable experience for her guests. I have tremendous respect for her work & am very grateful for this experience.
