Truly a memorable experience to eat with & watch Maude & her team for brunch. Everything we ate was spectacular. They have this nova treated like a lobster roll that was divine. The artic char was phenomenal, & that grilled cheese on waffles was special. Tucked away in a very residential area of Quebec City. Pro-tip is to sit at the counter & watch them cook while you eat. Highly recommend you put this on your list of places to go to in Quebec City.

Toujours impeccable! Le summum du brunch! J'y suis allée quelques fois avec des amies & ce weekend, j'ai fait essayer à mon conjoint.
Le café est délicieux & exécuté avec soin.
La présentation des plats est toujours appétissante. La composition est originale, riche en saveurs & extrêmement bien balancée. Chaque élément du plat vient chercher les différents sens du goûté (salé, sucré, acidulé, umami).
Seul problème : la difficulté d'arrêter son choix sur la carte!

This place is so special. We've been eating our way through Quebec City & the creativity of the menu & freshness of the ingredients exceeds that of the fanciest (& most expensive) tasting menus we've tried. We went for brunch & sat at the bar - everyone was exceedingly warm & welcoming. The fact that it is off the tourist circuit only adds to its charm. When we come back this will be one of our few repeats.
