Thank you for creating the most magical & memorable experience. A+ food with flavors that ignite your pallet. A+ atmosphere that was gorgeous within a 17th century basement. A+ service that makes this by far one of the best restaurants in the world! Merci!

It was my first time on a gastronomic experience restaurant. It was amazing!

The atmosphere is charming, service is very knowledgeable & on point with our needs, food & wines... excellent!

We had the experience menu & it is about 10 courses of small dishes perfectly presented & paired with wines (if you select the wines menu).

Keep in mind this is a gastronomic experience, you come to enjoy the flavors & value the quality of ingredients. Each time they bring a dish, they explain what it is & the origin of the ingredients. Most of the ingredients are from Quebec or Canada. Wines are from around the world. They tasted amazing!

I appreciate they really made an experience & addressed our special requests, also they personalized our places with a welcome note & at the end provided with a souvenir menu.

I really recommend it if you are looking for a memorable experience :)

It was an absolutely awesome experience!! Top to bottom. The food was delicious & innovative. The service was impeccable & the atmosphere is really cool. One of the best & most memorable dining experiences. My family has ever had. Seriously.

Service was perfectly choreographed & impeccable.
The different bites & courses were tailored to our individual allergies in such a way as to not make us feel like we had missed some part of the dish.
The transition from one room to the next added to the over all experience.
The combination of all the elements, food, drink, atmosphere & exceptional service makes for a memorable evening that is well worth the expense.

It was the unique dining experience that I ever experienced. The food was amazing from the small bites to the dessert. I service was amazing from everyone, but Samson was extra memorable & friendly. BTW the exprience starts from door to door & in between.
