The entire experience was amazing, from the second you walk in the door you feel fully immersed. The service is personal & attentive. Every single bite of food seems perfectly prepared & engineered, with care & attention focusing on even the most minor details. The wine pairing was perfectly matched & helped even further elevate each course. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone reading this, you will not be disappointed.

The initial intrigue, lovely miniature appetizers, paired with delicious non alcoholic pairings were Superbe! We spoke of all our friends who like to visit Quebec, & how we would tell them they must go to this fine restaurant.

The reason for deducting a Star was for the management's inability to get rid of a drunken lout & his partne. The drunk was swearing, left his table for another group of friends.

Never in our adult lives did we see such behavior go unchecked.

It ruined a perfectly good evening. Please ask such people to leave in future. Control your establishment.

Excellent experience! We have never seen such an integrated approach to dining. They brought together local history, culture, local food & top it off with wine pairings! Also physically changing environments throughout the meal made it feel like eating in 3 different restaurants in one night! & to top it all off one of the best martinis 🍸 I have ever had!

Fabulous total dining experience! Service was impeccable, wine pairing highly recommended as it beautifully enhanced our adventure. We would suggest anyone who is looking for way more than just filling their bellies make this a "must do" in Quebec City.

What a wonderful experience!! The place was a wonderland. I loved the ambiance, was very intimate lovely for a romantic dinner. The food & wine pairing was great, everything served was from Canada, organic & fresh. I won't provide details as the whole experience is to be a mystery. Please go & enjoy! If you are a foodie you will love.

The food, service & setting were wonderful!!!
It was all such a unique & memorable experience. Every dish was carefully thought out & explained with great detail. We even received a special gift for my friend's birthday. Highly recommend the wine pairing, it really complimented the food.

Be very proud of yourselves ladies & gentlemen. You've accomplished an impressive experience here. One that I will never forget. The attention to detail, the changing of rooms, the subtle differences in music in each vault, the incredible staff, & the engagement with your patrons truly brings the experience to the next level. A secret code to the door, the decor, the entryway, scents, sounds, all combine to tickle every sense & immerse your guests in a must have experience if you're a foodie visiting Quebec City.
