Fantastic experience. To call this a simple meal would be a gross understatement, for each course, wine pairing, & setting is meticulously organized. The sommeliers & servers were knowledgeable about what they were serving & happy to engage in further questions. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who likes cutting edge gastronomic experiences.

Had the pleasure to eat in some of the best restaurants in the world & la tanière is now at the top of my list. Exceptional food with outstanding service. The wine pairing was spot on with every course. My wife took the non-alcoholic pairing & every drink was so well executed & thought out. If you want an unforgettable culinary experience, la tanière will not disappoint. & to top it off, the restaurant is also located in one of the most charming neighborhood in Quebec City

We had a spectacular evening with the team at Taniere. The service, food, & experience were exceptional. The attention to detail & use of unique local food was really appreciated. There's no doubt it was an investment but we felt the experience was worth it. For me, the non alcoholic pairings were thoughtful & closely related to the collection wine pairings. Thank you for everything.

Incredible experience; everything gluten free was made the same as the normal experience. & the non alcoholic pairings were the best we've ever had! Absolutely amazing.

The overall experience was remarkable...artistic, creative,& all local & sustainable. The non alcoholic flight was amazing & delightful. I ordered the wine pairings but my wife's nonalcoholic flights were amazing. I tasted each of her drinks & were so impressed with the "mixologists" who created those drinks. This resturant is more than some food & drinks.. a real an artistic experience using all your senses

Delicious & creative dishes. The service was exceptional where all the wine pairings & dishes had a little story. The atmosphere as we moved through different rooms was intimate & elegant. I would highly recommend this experience if you want to splurge on dinne

Wow! What an experience! This review is difficult for two reasons: 1) the experience was one of the (if not the) best & unique dining experiences my wife & I have encountered (as avid & adventurous diners looking for great luxury dining experiences) & 2) we don't want to give too much away about the experience - it's worth trusting the restaurant & it's super-talented staff to provide one of the best dining experiences you'll have. Food quality, wine/drink pairings, atmosphere, decor, service, timing, mystique & creativity of it all... they all deserve more stars than the rating system allows. Without giving away secrets, our best advice is take the opportunity & experience it for yourself. If you enjoy high quality food, service staff that will spoil you & a setting you don't find everyday, you won't be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our experience on Dec. 18th. The concept was very interesting & the higher priced wine pairing had some very good offerings. The staff was very helpful & friendly & answered all our silly questions about the food.
