This is one of the most sublime dining experiences I have ever had. It is a 3-3.5 hour extravaganza so I was glad I made an early (5:30 PM) reservation. Our hotel was literally a 5-minute walk from the restaurant which was very convenient. It is pricey but worth the money in my opinion, overall. The service was exceptional & the whole experience was very educational in terms of Quebec history mixed with dinner theater. If I had to provide constructive criticism it would be the $95 price tag for the wine pairing (pp). I think it should have been lower in price. By the end of the meal I was unable to drink the last two glasses of wine because I was feeling pretty full & borderline nauseous. I also thought the dessert was a bit disappointing when compared with the rest of it all. It is one of the few restaurants I would rate a 10/10. The other thing I think they should reconsider is pricing their meal based on the day & time you eat there. That seems odd to me. I will most certainly return during my next visit to QC. Quite possibly one of the best meals I've ever had. Choose the wine pairing. The staff is friendly & informative & work very well with each other. Very enjoyable & memorable!

Everything was beyond expectations! They made finding & getting there rant easy. It was super cool the password & unmarked door was. The food, service & both wine, & non alcoholic drink pairing sets were fantastic. Most of the food was made.with al l things I've heard of (mostly! Haha) but just prepared & paired with other flavors in such amazing & different ways.

The attention to see detail from the staff to the food to the decor was above & beyond. We changed our seats early on in the meal & the staff, without question, just new the drinks we had & food preferences. Music was subtle & purposeful for each cellar. Everything was spectacular.

Worth every penny.

Interesting experience like no other. We liked some dishes more than others. The upgraded wine offering once you arrive is not worth the money. Our single significant complaint was the sommeliers raising her voice to us as we were paying the bill., of 900$. The interac was in French & we needed time to read & understand, which seemed to upset her greatly as she chastised us as though we were stupid. This inappropriate behaviour occurred in the last room, infront of other patrons. Who were all looking. It was terrible. She ruined the tip for everyone. Not sure we'll recommend or return.

The experience was a lot of fun. The food was extremely good & the preparation & presentation was exceptional. The wine pairings were excellent.
The beverage options & pricing were not clear & we were surprised when presented with the bill. There was a bit too much food & the whole dinner lasted 3.5 hours which was too long.

Best restaurant I have ever been to. Absolutely nothing negative to say. The atmosphere is amazing, the food is out of this world, & don't miss out on the wine pairing. I can't imagine how it could be better. I will be sure to visit whenever I'm in town. Worth every penny.

Amazing culinary tour, would provide a general map of the regions that were mentioned. We are from Florida & not familiar with the specific areas mention. The food was exceptionally prepared, wait staff excellent knowledge of the foods & wine pairing. Exceptional evening!

This was undoubtedly the most impressive dining experience we have (& will likely ever have) had! Every element was orchestrated with such fine detail to truly appease each of the senses & the servers were all a pleasure. The wine pairing is a must; your palate will be happy. Recommend recommend recommend. Bon Appetit!

This was our first time experiencing Taniere 3 & it exceeded our expectations in every way. We've eaten in top restaurants in many cities including Paris & NYC & this was the best overall gastro experience by far! The food was exquisite & presented in the most creative ways, served with enthusiasm & love by the kitchen & wait staff. The sommelier was likewise clearly knowledgeable & passionate about the wines she chose. Taniere 3 is a not-to-be-missed experience!

An amazing dining experience. Each course was truly inventive, perfectly executed & artfully presented. The wine pairings were perfect as well. We look forward to returning soon, the next time to a seat at the Chef's Counter.
