Our evening at Restaurant Tanière³ was easily the most incredible dining experience we have ever had. The food/wine pairing, the timing, the atmosphere, & the hospitality & service was 5-star from start to finish.

Just when you think it couldn't get any better, they find a way to elevate it to a whole new level.

Every sense is catered to.

Just book your table & go!

This was the most amazing dining experience ever. From the ambience, to the story telling, wine pairing, & the amazing detail in presentation, this is a bucket list experience. I don't know how we'll ever top this!

The most interesting dining experience ever! Anyone that appreciates a wide variety of unique flavors with incredible presentation will love this. We went there to celebrate our 40th anniversary & it far exceeded expectations. It's a 3.5-4 hour 15 course culinary adventure & extravaganza. An absolute must for any foodie that visits Quebec. The best dinner experience I've ever had. I got the wine pairing. My wife got the non-alcoholic pairing. Both were great. We did not do the Chefs table option.

I loved everything about this restaurant. The food, service, ambiance, wine pairings & sommelier's extensive knowledge on each wine, made this one of my top new favorites. Each room we dined in had the most beautiful decor & atmosphere. Quebec is a beautiful place to visit, but I will definitely come back just to visit this restaurant for the evolving, seasonal menu.

The "lair" atmosphere & ambiance was beautiful. The dishes were delicious & the 'collection' wine pairing was worth it. Kudos to the chef & staff at Taniere!!

My wife & I really enjoyed celebrating our 40th anniversary at Restaurant Taniere. The food & wine pairings were excellent & we loved the whole presentation. It was easily the most expensive meal we've ever had, but we knew that going in & we both thought it was worth it & the experience was one we will remember for a long time.

absolute fantastic dinner experience! We loved all courses as well as the wine flights - both kinds. Staff is great too - I will definitely recommend Restaurant Tanière. Great location & interior design. Every course a delight.

We celebrated our first family vacation since Covid by going all out with a dinner at Restaurant Tanière3. Service was amazing & we really enjoyed the entire experience. One person in our party was vegetarian & the restaurant was able to offer a complete vegetarian option from start to finish. Our vegetarian also chose to have the non-alcoholic drink pairing instead of the wine pairing the others in our party selected & her drinks all looked amazing. This was a super pricey night so I doubt we would visit again on a future visit to Quebec but I highly recommend the restaurant to others.
