Les sushis sont excellents mais malheureusement le service n'est pas à la hauteur. Je ne sais pas si c'est parce que le resto était plein & que la cuisine ne fournissait pas ... j'y retournerait parce que mon repas était très bon mais je vais m'attendre à avoir un service lent.

Le renouveau du Tokyo a rassuré mes inquiétudes de vieux client. La nouvelle direction est délicieuse, agréable & malgré tout continuelle avec les incontournables du restaurant. Les classiques sont encore présents & l'expérience gastronomique, améliorée. L'ambiance & la décoration ont été rajeunies sans y avoir pour autant dénaturées.

Restaurant très peu occupé, plus de 2h45 en restaurant. Nourriture froide plusieurs attentes de plus de 40 minutes sans suivi de la serveuse. Plusieurs erreurs dans les commandes & la facturation du groupe. Nous avons vu le potentiel d'un bon repas. Ce potentiel est malheureusement complètement éliminer par l'incompétence alarmante de Maya notre serveuse.
