Finally found an authentic sushi restaurant in Québec City! You can really tell the difference with the chef's hand-shaped rice & the fresh, nicely thin-cut seafood.
I ordered the Chef's 14-piece plate, which came with a delicious miso soup. They also offered me a tofu appetizer for free! Friendly service & high-quality seafood, highly recommended if you're looking for the real deal.

Très bons sushis, avec des poissons & fruits de mer différents comme de l'oursin, de l'anguille, du caviar, de la pieuvre, du poulpe & des pétoncles. Cela fait changement des sempiternels saumon, crevettes & thon. Les takoyakis (beignets de pieuvre) sont des incontournables! Service attentionné. & c'est un'Apportez votre vin... ou votre saké'.

I had been looking for somewhere decent & reasonably priced to have sushi when I go to Quebec City. I finally found this place!
I was very impressed when I went there. The service was on par, they were all very attentive & friendly.
The food was excellent! Everything I tried was delicious! I can't wait to go again to try other things!
The ambiance was very enjoyable. I sat at the sushi bar & felt very comfortable. I thought it was fun that they also have tables where you sit on the floor, well on cushions to eat.
The best thing, I thought, was you can bring your own wine!!
If I could have, I would have gone there again the next day!!
