Très bonne expérience au Bistro de la Forge à Rimouski! L'ambiance est chaleureuse & agréable, avec un décor accueillant qui donne envie de s'y attarder. Le service est courtois & attentionné, & les plats sont bien présentés avec de bonnes saveurs.

La cuisine est de qualité & le menu offre un bon choix, ce qui permet de trouver facilement quelque chose qui plaît. J'enlève une étoile seulement pour un temps d'attente un peu long à certains moments, mais dans l'ensemble, c'est une excellente adresse à Rimouski.

Belle carte des vins. Beaucoup d'importation privée. Choix de cocktails intéressants, mais pas un grand choix de bières de microbrasserie. Nous avons bu un verre de vin rouge du Médoc (2014), un verre de vin blanc de Venetie, un espresso martini & un cocktail à base de vodka, basilic & lime. Nous n'avons pas mangé sur place, mais la nourriture avait l'air bien. Nous avons eu un bon 5 à 7 en amoureux à l'un des rares endroits ouverts le dimanche à Rimouski!

I was doing my road trip around New Brunswick starting in Montreal & I spent the night there in Rimouski. I was so lucky to come across this place. It was the best restaurant along my trip. I had to beef tartare, spicy.👌🏼

Cuisson parfaite sur la bavette (bleu...): vous êtes une des seules places à Rimouski qui offre une qualité constante, peux importe la journée de la semaine. Excellent service aussi: merci!
