Nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu la meilleure expérience à ce Paillard. Il y a eu un long délai pour recevoir nos cafés en raison d'un manque de glace. L'employée nous a même suggéré d'aller chercher de la glace au petit café voisin pour accélérer les choses. De plus, elle nous a proposé un remboursement, mais nous devions attendre que toutes les commandes soient prises avant qu'il soit effectué. Une meilleure gestion de cette situation aurait grandement amélioré notre expérience.

The lower old town location was very close to our Airbnb & they became our breakfast & dessert standard! Pastries were delicious & fresh. Staff was helpful. Highly recommend the ham, cheese & egg croissant! Sweet pastries, especially with fresh berries were also a favorite for us. Came back from Ile d'Orleans one day with fresh cheese & decided to just make cheese, baguettes & wine our dinner, so we headed straight to Paillard, but they were closed so got our baguettes next door at the cafe just below Paillard (in case you need a back up!).

Un de mes arrêts obligatoires lorsque je vais dans le Vieux-Québec.
Un peu dispendieux, mais j'adore leurs viennoiseries, desserts, cafés & sandwiches. J'aime la terrasse aussi, directe sur la rue Saint-Jean.

I had breakfast at Paillard , a few times & the experience was excellent. Their croissants & macarons are a must-try! The food quality remains consistently great no matter how crowded the café gets. The staff were very friendly & helpful in guiding me through the menu, even though I don't speak French. Highly recommended for breakfast & pastries!
