The macarons are a must-try, offering a burst of delicate flavors. With friendly staff & a cozy ambiance, it's a delightful spot to indulge in French-inspired treats.
Not such a great visit to my one time favorite bread/pastry shop. Croissants were good. Coffee was just awful....
Pastries! Coffees! Good staff & plenty of space to sit! I love that place! Highly recommended!
Excellent coffee shop in the old Quebec City, we ask for the menu of the day, a soup + quiche or 1/2 sandwich + coffee , all for $14 cad. The soup came with a bread slide, butter & a Pettit pastries
excellent pastries & breads. Good coffee & plenty of seating. Friendly, fast service & all at a very reasonable price.
This bakery has delicious sandwich croissants & Nespresso mochas & coffees. I’ve been to Paillard a couple of times before as well. This time around it was very crowded & they had a waiting of 30-40 mins before you get to place your order. If you are in core Quebec City then this location makes sense. Otherwise go to other locations & save time. Well, I had to say it was worth the the wait, coz I had the best breakfast in town!
Ok, but over-rated & packed in at coffee & croissant time. Smith's is like Starbucks here, & it's easier & has slightly better pastries.

Amazing croissants & coffee! We stopped by at least once a day during our visit in Vieux Quebec. Place is always busy so be prepared to wait a little.
