Amazing pastries. We took out & had them the next few days for breakfast.
Popped in here for a quick coffee & snack while exploring Quebec City. Plenty of space to sit although a little more expensive than we are used to ($25 for 2 coffees & 2 pastries)
An authentic boulangerie-patisserie in the heart of Quebec. Great selection of delicious pastries & coffees, a mixture of individual & communal seating & a warm welcoming atmosphere. Loved to sit here & watch the world go by. You can't miss Paillard if you come to Quebec ville.
The coffee is robust, & the pastries strike a perfect balance of flakiness & sweetness. The macarons are a must-try, offering a burst of delicate flavors. With friendly staff & a cozy ambiance, it's a delightful spot to indulge in French-inspired treats.
This is how a boulangerie should always be like. I went to buy bread or pastries every day for our breakfasts during our trip to Quebec City. We loved it, it was one of the highlights of our trip, & oh how I miss it.
Pastries! Coffees! Good staff & plenty of space to sit! I love that place! Highly recommended!
Excellent coffee shop in the old Quebec City, we ask for the menu of the day, a soup + quiche or 1/2 sandwich + coffee , all for $14 cad. The soup came with a bread slide, butter & a Pettit pastries
