Le pire endroit du québéc! Les viennoiseries sont froid même pas fraîche & cuite sur place ou même dater d'hier! Les sandwiches même après avoir chauffés toujours pas mangeable avec le pain dur. Le cafe pas moulu fraîchement juste une machine automatique du Nespresso du style ' haut de gamme' Mais vraiment pa buvable avec une facture de 50$. C'est du vol! Rien est frais

During our vacation we went twice, it's that good. Great selection of the sweet stuff! Also various types of sandwiches. Dining is cafeteria style & it looks like it can get a little crowded at times but we did take out. Pretty reasonable prices. Pro Tip: Grab some sandwichs to have at the airport for some real food on your flight home.

Extraordinairement SALE.
Les planchers sont CRASSEUX!!
À la grandeur & cela n'est pas le fait de la journée-même! On imagine les cuisines, la manipulation des aliments etc Les salles de bain sont reconnues pour être degueulasses.
Paillard n'a plus rien à voir avec la fabuleuse période de son fondateur M. Simard.
Désolant.
Après 5 ans à ne pas y avoir mangé après qu'on m'ait servi un sandwich avec du bacon CRU (est-ce à voir avec la religion des gens qui y travaillent?!) j'y suis entrée aujourd'hui & en suis ressortie aussitôt. Leurs salles de bain sont reconnue pour être très sales aussi.

boulangerie très très bonne, on y trouve des viennoiseries francaises, des boissons, du pain, des gateaux, des sandwiches, des salades, préparés devant vous avec possibilité de manger sur place dans une ambia?nce chaleureuse
une jolie trouvaille, je recommande fortement

Les pâtisseries & les sandwichs sont assez bons, mais pour l'attente & la taille des portions, les prix n'en valent pas la peine. L'organisation de la salle est aussi étrange, les tables sont très rapprochées & il n'y a pas beaucoup de place pour circuler. La salle est également assez bruyante. J'aurais de la difficulté à recommander l'endroit.

Didn't have a sandwich or use the bathroom… so I won't comment.
The pastries?? OMG!! I've never tasted anything so delicious in my life (& I'm a senior)!
I'm not sure where the poor reviews come from, but I guess opinions & experiences vary.
That said, during my first visit of the day, I met a woman who lives in QC & she walks past other shops to buy their croissants.
The lines can be discouraging & I'm sure how busy they are can affect the service.
That said, only other customers were rude… the staff were courteous given the circumstances (the girl waiting on me asked a woman blocking access to the till to move 3 times… I elbowed my way in)

Combo meals available if you can't decide for yourself 😅 too many options. Not bad actually, but the sandwich is like 1/3 of the full size. Coffee is Nespresso based.
