I had a great experience at this bakery. The staff is very welcoming & nice.You can really tell that they make everything fresh every day, because the quality & taste stand out. The best part is that it is affordable, making it a perfect spot for a quick coffee & fresh baked treat if u r in Quebec City!

Beau café tranquille en fin d'après-midi. Bonne nourriture. On peut même aider à éviter le gaspillage alimentaire puisque ce Paillard participe au service Too good to Go (réservation & achat avec une application). Bravo!

L'employée entre 40 & 50 ans avec son chapeau est tellement désagréable & on a commandé une quiche brocolis mais on a eu une quiche lorraine mais elle était quand même bonne. Je vois peut être un manque de professionnalisme

Coffee was very average, & the Paris-Brest was honestly the worst I've ever had...
It was clearly NOT fresh. The choux pastry was stale, & the cream tasted like something straight out of a Betty Crocker mix. The so-called'cream' had split into solid chunks. It wasn't smooth at all & felt greasy, like biting into a piece of butter.
There was no praline flavour whatsoever.
