Heard a lot about this bakery & was excited to try French pastries. Nice selection on display - I ordered a few to share. My opinion - this location it didn't taste very fresh. Everything tasted a bit old & hard to chew. I've had much better croissants at other places. I watched people order sandwiches & service was very slow people waited a long time just to have their sandwich warmed up. Maybe other locations are better? Washroom door didn't lock so people had to wait with some one watching the door.

They do iced latte for a hefty price, but no iced americano. Latte doesn't taste much & pasteries were just average.

Overall, quality seems to degrade year by year.

Great service. Delicious baked goods & the chocolate mousse was amazing! We also had iced lattes. Highly recommend stopping in for a treat while you're in the city!

Fantastic shop. Wonderful service. It gets busy, so if you pass by during a quiet period, it's definitely worth ducking in & picking up a snack for later!
