A wide variety of options are available for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
The flavors are exceptional.
However, the bathroom, due to the high volume of visitors, has a noticeable odor.
Monday morning we decided to have our breakfast here. We were so happy to have such nice meals. Lots of variety that someone must have something. So busy eatery, so clean place, professional serving staff, & delicious. We loved it
Nice little morning stop with the best breakfast sandwich on a croissant I have ever had.
P très bonne pâtisserie les meilleurs que j'ai mangé mais pas beaucoup de choix
Good pastries, but overpriced. For a self-service bakery where customers order & pick up their own food, prompting for a tip felt unreasonable. The food was good, but not good enough to justify the price.
Great food ( Bakery related) , lots of options to select from.
Definitely try their macaroons!
Great sandwiches with quality bread, but the Kinder latte was too sweet & did not mix well with the espresso. Still a great visit overall & I regret not trying the pastries
Stumbled upon Paillard last weekend while hunting for good light in the old quarter, & I ended up staying way longer than planned. The morning sun through their front windows was honestly perfect for some interior shots, but I put the camera down long enough to enjoy a really solid almond croissant that was still warm from the oven. The space has this relaxed but lively energy that's hard to fake, & the staff were friendly without being over the top about it. If you're in Quebec City on a Sunday morning, this is exactly the kind of place you want to be sitting with a coffee.
