Incredible bakery in Quebec City center. Must visit for A+ baked goods & coffee & just overall good vibes. Small lineup during weekends, tourists will be plenty. But worth the wait! Plenty of seating inside & some outside too.

Déçu par la boulangerie paillard , les croissants jambon fromage sont très chers , les viennoiseries ont un goût industriels bref si vous cherchez une boulangerie artisanale passez votre chemin.

Nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu la meilleure expérience à ce Paillard. Il y a eu un long délai pour recevoir nos cafés en raison d'un manque de glace. L'employée nous a même suggéré d'aller chercher de la glace au petit café voisin pour accélérer les choses. De plus, elle nous a proposé un remboursement, mais nous devions attendre que toutes les commandes soient prises avant qu'il soit effectué. Une meilleure gestion de cette situation aurait grandement amélioré notre expérience.

L'endroit où il faut commander n'est pas très clair car on peut attendre longtemps devant le stand des viennoiseries avant d'être servi. Ma commande : 1 salade poulet asiatique & 1 latte matcha fraise. Prix total : 30,95 CAD. J'ai été rapidement servi & c'était bon. La salle est grande, ambiance un peu froide.
